| About Us
We are a group of
artists and people who love the arts.
We have come together to kindle creative energies, support artistic
endeavors and enrich the community through promotion of the arts.

Each year we make
an award possible for an
Amityville Memorial High School senior based solely on artistic
talent.
We collaborated
on a mural "From Salt Hay to Modern Day"
installed in the Community Room of the Amityville Public Library,
through a grant by the New York State Council of the Arts.
We collaborated
on a series of murals for Children's Department of the
Amityville Public Library, made possible by a donation from the
late
Don Boyd.
Each
year AAC hosts either an Artists Studio Tour or an Arts in the
Park festival.
We invite all artists of music, creative writing, dance,
theatre and
the fine arts to come and join
us in our goals to create a Cultural Center in Amityville.

We also invite anyone to help support our endeavor by being
a friend
to the Amityville Artist Circle by monetary donations to help
us succeed in our hopes and dreams.
We hold monthly
meetings (see Calendar)
on the 2nd Tuesday at 7pm at the Circle
