"Goodbye Winter, Welcome Spring," a member show, will open on Friday, March 26 with a gala party 7 to 9 p.m. Everyone is invited to view our latest exhibit by local artists showing images of things that will chase away the winter chills. Refreshments will be served. This exhibit will be on display until April 30.
On March 27, 12 noon, at the Circle Gallery the Artists Circle is hosting a workshop on Pysanky, the Ukrainian art of egg painting led by Kathy Grechen. Cost is $20 and includes instruction, eggs and all materials. You will be surprised at your results. For more information and to register, call Fran at 631 691-1775.
During early May, we will honor the art students from the Amityville school district with an exhibit of their work.
"Dreams" a juried art exhibit will kick off with a gala opening party on Friday, May 21, 7 to 9 p.m.to honor our artists. Everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served. This exhibit runs through June 25.
